新生儿肺透明膜病(hyaline membrane disease, HMD)：也叫新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(neonatal respiratory disease syndrome, NRDS)是由于缺乏肺表面活性物质，呼气末肺泡萎陷，致使出生后不久出现进行性加重的呼吸窘迫和呼吸衰竭，多见于早产儿。
